My Story
I first experienced Naturopathy when I was 15 years old. When medical approaches weren’t successful in treating my issues, I was fortunate to come across an amazing Naturopath who helped me through. From that moment I knew that Naturopathy was the path I wanted to take in my own life. I would give to others the kind of understanding and care that had been so valuable to me.
Early on in my career I became aware that my passion lay in finding better ways to manage hormonal and fertility issues. I have personally experienced fertility issues including the difficulties of IVF, so truly understand how important and vulnerable a time this can be. It is such a joy to help people become parents. It can be a difficult path, but the results make the hard times worthwhile. Meeting a new baby always brings a huge smile to my face.
In my personal life, I love cooking dishes from my Italian heritage and adapting them with modern nutritional principles for my family. My daughter has food intolerances so I am acutely aware of the challenges these issues can pose for families. I understand the importance of a caring, empathic approach in finding a path to the solution.
My Practice
My approach to nurturing fertility and health draws on the latest in evidence-based practice, on traditional wisdom, and on my own significant clinical experience. An appreciation of each person as a unique individual allows me to give the best possible help to those who come to see me.
Over the last 7 years, I have also been fortunate enough to mentor dozens of practitioners in the development of their clinical practice and in business management. I find it deeply fulfilling to see my clients blossom when they take the skills I pass on to help others.
